Automotonews.gr is pleased to announce the agreement with the eSports organization iFormula League ahead of an exciting Season 2.
The world of sim-racing is changing and iRacing is quickly becoming the go-to platform for all racing simulations. The only area of iRacing that has not quite been tapped into is formula-style racing. iFormula League on iRacing is looking to change that together with automotonews.gr.
The series is becoming the premiere league for all levels of formula drivers. The current format sees 2 different divisions of drivers; F2 and F3. The F2 league uses the Renault 3.5 car, while the F3 league uses the Dallara F3 chassis.

Races take place on Saturdays for the F2 series and Sundays for the F3 at 4:00pm EST. All the races will be broadcasted LIVE on Youtube. You can find the official iFormula League channel here.
There are plans for the Premiere F1 Division to appear next season. Each division has a separate driver pool and drives a progressively faster and more difficult car. Not only do they have divisions like real life, but they also have team driving to simulate a team experience.
The prizes
Drivers can create a team and recruit others to join or join an already established team. Teams fight for the Constructors Championship while also fighting for the Drivers Championship. Top three in each Championship receive custom apparel and trophy prizes, while the top drivers in each division receive a Buttkicker Gamer2.
To become a part of the iFormula League, you can join the Discord server here and sign up in either F2 or F3 series today.
